Add a job with location, type of work, required skills, scheduled date and time, and any client notes. You can set up recurring jobs on a weekly or monthly cadence — WellRun generates them automatically going forward.

Assigned crew members receive a direct link to their job detail page — no app download required. From their phone, they can view job details, confirm arrival, log compliance photos, add field notes, and mark the job complete.

When a job is marked complete, WellRun generates a professional invoice pre-filled with job details, crew, and rate. Review it in your dashboard, edit line items if needed, and send it to the client with one click. Automatic payment reminders go out for unpaid invoices.
